There is no contract for goRoam Services. Data plans can be paused or canceled at any time. Activation within any month will result in a full monthly payment and only service for the remaining days of that month. We are unable to pro-rate billing for mid-month plan activation dates.
All services auto-renew on the 1st of each month. If you would like to pause your goRoam multi-carrier data plan services, email [email protected] by the 25th of any month to pause billing and service for the upcoming month.
Data usage in excess of the 300G limit included in this plan will result in billing of $10 per Gig for each GIG over 100. Overages will be invoiced separately and payment of any overages may cause upcoming goRoam services to be cancelled or limited until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
